Description
On behalf of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), in collaboration with the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), please join us in Oklahoma City for the 4th Annual Buy Indian Industry Day and Federal Matchmaking sessions, taking place April 27–28, 2026, at the OKANA Conference Center in Oklahoma City, OK.
This event will focus on “Strengthening Tribal Economies Through Federal Procurement: A Buy Indian Act Small Business Industrial Base Forum” and serves as a national forum to strengthen tribal economies through federal procurement and to advance effective implementation of the Buy Indian Act. It will bring together Federal acquisition leaders, program officials, and Native American-owned businesses to align mission requirements with qualified industry partners, reduce barriers to entry, and expand high-impact contracting opportunities.
This event is co-hosted by all 6 Native APEX Accelerators, and will have one day of training sessions, and one day of matchmaking with HHS and DOI buyers! There is no charge to attend!

FAQ
How do I use the Market Snapshot?
It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.
Is the data live?
The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.
What do P10 and P90 mean?
P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
