Contractor to provide liquid nitrogen on an as-needed basis within 48-hours of request to Clay Center, Nebraska. The 1500-gallon Nitrogen tank feeds a storage facility that contains valuable and unreproducible genetic material. Therefore, bulk liquid nitrogen for this tank must be delivered with 24-hours of request in emergency situations and 48 hours otherwise. The period of performance shall not exceed five (5) years and six (6) months if exercised.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
