Description
This project is a single-phase, phased equipment replacement and alteration of an existing Neuro Interventional Radiology (Neuro IR) procedure room and associated support spaces. The adjacent Neuro IR room (L389) will remain fully operational throughout construction. Procedure Room (L382): Renovation of the existing procedure room to support replacement of imaging equipment, including removal and replacement of millwork, doors, glazing, finishes, and related architectural elements. Removal and installation of imaging equipment will be performed by the equipment vendor (Siemens). Equipment Room (L382A): Removal of existing Siemens imaging cabinets by Siemens. Renovation of the existing equipment room, including removal and replacement of doors, finishes, and associated electrical and mechanical systems. Scope includes removal of the existing raised access floor. Control Room (L387): Removal of existing millwork and replacement with furniture provided by others. Rework of existing imaging equipment infrastructure is included. Staff Toilets (L381A and L381): Selective ADA barrier removal work.
