Description
Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) Center for Charge Card Management (CCCM) is hosting a virtual Industry Day event from May 19-21, 2026 for the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders on the future GSA SmartPay® program and potential acquisition.
CCCM is responsible for overall program management and leadership of the GSA SmartPay program. The government-wide GSA SmartPay program currently provides commercial charge card and payment related services to approximately 250 federal government agencies, certain eligible organizations, and Native American Tribal organizations.
CCCM is conducting market research for the development of the next iteration of the GSA SmartPay master contract(s), tentatively named GSA SmartPay 4 (SP4). The government is seeking information from interested parties about capabilities. Additionally, the government will be seeking specific feedback about the current GSA SmartPay 3 master contract through a Request for Information (RFI), estimated to be published early April 2026. This Special Notice will be amended to provide a link when the RFI is published.

FAQ
How do I use the Market Snapshot?
It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.
Is the data live?
The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.
What do P10 and P90 mean?
P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
