Description

Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) Center for Charge Card Management (CCCM) is hosting a virtual Industry Day event from May 19-21, 2026 for the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders on the future GSA SmartPay® program and potential acquisition.

CCCM is responsible for overall program management and leadership of the GSA SmartPay program. The government-wide GSA SmartPay program currently provides commercial charge card and payment related services to approximately 250 federal government agencies, certain eligible organizations, and Native American Tribal organizations.

CCCM is conducting market research for the development of the next iteration of the GSA SmartPay master contract(s), tentatively named GSA SmartPay 4 (SP4). The government is seeking information from interested parties about capabilities. Additionally, the government will be seeking specific feedback about the current GSA SmartPay 3 master contract through a Request for Information (RFI), estimated to be published early April 2026. This Special Notice will be amended to provide a link when the RFI is published.

Overview of the virtual Industry Day Event

Day 1: May 19, 2026 8am-5pm ET - all Stakeholders

  • Learn about the GSA programs that interface with GSA SmartPay. Examples include GSA Advantage, GO.gov, and FedRAMP.
  • Hear from current participating government agencies as they present their specific program needs, unique missions, key challenges, and future expectations for their programs.
  • Industry partners may ask questions about the RFI, GSA programs, and agency customer presentations.

Days 2 & 3: May 20-21, 2026 - Participants and time to be determined based on registrations

  • Breakout sessions will take place, in which industry partners may present an overview of their offerings and tools to agencies. Breakout sessions will be limited to GSA and agency personnel and the presenting industry partner only.

Registration:

  • To accommodate all interested parties and facilitate focused engagement, each interested party's virtual attendance is capped at three (3) representatives. The attached registration form must be completed for each company listing all attendees.
  • Companies interested in providing a virtual presentation to agencies must indicate interest on the registration form. Company virtual presentations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, until capacity is reached. Companies will be notified on or before Tuesday, April 21, 2026 if they have received a presentation time slot.
  • All interested participants shall submit their completed registration forms by Wednesday, April 15, 2026 via email to SPcard@gsa.gov and lora.bradford@gsa.gov. The email subject line shall be "Registration: GSA SmartPay Virtual Industry Day Event". Emails with any other subject line may not be acknowledged.
