Description

Work to be performed within NAICS 238330 “Flooring Contractors” and the size standard is $19 million. The PSC/FSC Code is Z2JZ, “Repair or Alternation of Miscellaneous Buildings”. The NAICS is to be used for market analysis only to determine the availability of potential small business categories for potential set-asides. Work to be included in this project consists of:
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Contractor shall provide all professional services, permits, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to fully meet all requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW), Construction Specifications, Construction Drawings and all other Contract Documents related to and/or titled: “Repair Gym & Aerobics Room, B777” at the Minneapolis Air Reserve Station, Minneapolis, Minnesota. The tasks performed shall be based on the project description, other data furnished in this Statement of Work (SOW), and information covered during the Pre-Construction (Pre-CON) meeting. THE SCOPE OF THIS PROJECT INCLUDES THE REPAIR OF THE GYM & AEROBICS ROOM, B777.
