B777 MAINTAIN GYM & AEROBICS ROOMS FLOOR

The 934th Airlift Wing, Minneapolis Minnesota is issuing solicitation FA6633-26-Q-0002 for RFQ on a Firm-Fixed Price contract for, B777 MAINTAIN GYM & AEROBICS ROOMS FLOOR, at Minneapolis-St Paul ARS.

"Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs."

This solicitation package calls for Requests for Quote (RFQ) electronically and paper copies are not available. The entire Request for Quote (RFQ) will be made available only on the website SAM.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for additional or updated documents and subsequent amendments. This acquisition is being solicited pursuant to RFO Subpart 6.102-2; this acquisition will be conducted as a Total Small Business set aside.

Magnitude of acquisition is between $25,000 and $100,000.

Work to be performed within NAICS 238330 “Flooring Contractors” and the size standard is $19 million. The PSC/FSC Code is Z2JZ, “Repair or Alternation of Miscellaneous Buildings”. The NAICS is to be used for market analysis only to determine the availability of potential small business categories for potential set-asides. Work to be included in this project consists of:

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

Contractor shall provide all professional services, permits, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to fully meet all requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW), Construction Specifications, Construction Drawings and all other Contract Documents related to and/or titled: “Repair Gym & Aerobics Room, B777” at the Minneapolis Air Reserve Station, Minneapolis, Minnesota. The tasks performed shall be based on the project description, other data furnished in this Statement of Work (SOW), and information covered during the Pre-Construction (Pre-CON) meeting. THE SCOPE OF THIS PROJECT INCLUDES THE REPAIR OF THE GYM & AEROBICS ROOM, B777.

The government intends to hold a site visit. On Thursday April 2, 2025 at 10:00 AM (CST)
