Description

CRD seeks a contractor to provide a non-emergency call center which provides non-emergency information, resource information, and a reporting line for individuals and communities targeted for hate. This resource line and network will be referred to as the California vs. Hate Resource Line and Network ("CA vs. Hate" or the "Network"). The Contractor will operate care coordination services for CA vs. Hate. These services must be trauma- informed and language-accessible for people who speak languages other than English.
