This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
1. Description of Requirement:
The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for an Aquatic Imager camera system compatible with field and laboratory research.
2. Applicable Regulations:
This acquisition will be conducted under FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures).

5. Submission Requirements:
Offerors shall include their Unique Entity ID (UEI) number with the quote.
Offerors must be current and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/index.html to be eligible for award.
All requirements for preparation, submission, and receipt of quotes are contained in this solicitation and shall be adhered to.
6. Delivery and Performance:
Specific delivery dates, place of performance, and acceptance details will be provided in the attached solicitation.
7. Evaluation Criteria:
Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. The quote with the lowest price will be reviewed first and if that quote is found to be technically unacceptable, the next lowest quote will be reviewed and etc. To be considered technically acceptable, offeror shall provide technical brochures or specifications, complete configuration to include quantity, part numbers, and descriptions, per line item as specified in this buy. Failure to submit this info may be considered as non-responsive. These technical brochures or specifications must demonstrate the proposed equipment meets or exceeds all of the minimum characteristics listed above. All vendors must quote Authentic, Manufacturer certified/warranted products in original, intact manufacturer's packaging, no "Gray Market", counterfeit, refurbished, or resale items shall be considered.
