The Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (SAF/AQ) and the Air Force District of Washington, Contracting Directorate (AFDW/PK) are publishing this Notice of Intent to Sole Source to CQ-Roll Call, Inc (UEI N8K7N7GJAZ73) for commercial twelve (12) month subscriptions to provide detailed non-partisan summaries of US Congress legislation, real-time tracking of legislative bills and amendments, analysis of Congressional votes and floor proceedings, access to detailed information on Congressional members and committees, and committee schedule and floor schedule monitoring. The proposed action will be awarded using a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order under the authority of FAR 12.102(a) for an anticipated period of one (1) base year, four (4) options years, and a potential six (6) month extension.
This Notice of Intent is not a request for quote, bid, or proposal. However, any interested firm that believes they can meet the above requirements are invited to submit a capability statement via email to the Point of Contact (POC) listed below. At a minimum, capability statements shall include business information such as POC name, phone, email, SAM UEI, and applicable small business socio-economic categories; additionally, it should list what products/services can be provided and how they meet the characteristics specified above. Finally, the capability statement itself should be no more than 5 pages in length.
The Government will consider responses received by the response date and time of this notice; however, a determination to compete the proposed acquisition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not responsible for any costs incurred because of any work performed in connection with this notice.
