Description
This RFQ is for Safety Stations in support of the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), as prescribed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This will be a firm fixed price contract. All items must be new and not refurbished or previously leased. At this time EOIR is requesting a base year with options. Also attached is EOIR's court locations to estimate shipping. All questions must be submitted to AndrewByrnes (Andrew.byrnes@usdoj.gov) by March 20th 2026 5:00 PM ET. Please quote the requirement no later than Friday, March 27th 2026 5:00 PM ET. Quotes submitted after closing date will not be considered.*Please read SOW for details. Base Year May 1st 2026 - April 30th 2027, Option Period 1 - May 1st 2027 - April 30th 2028, Option Period 2 - May 1st 2028 - April 30th 2029, Option Period 3 - May 1st 2029 - April 30th 2030, Option Period 4 - May 1st 2030 April 30th 2031.
