Description

In accordance with 38 U.S.C § 8127 (Public Law 109-461), this procurement is set aside for SDVOSBs.

The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and personnel, and shall do all things necessary, that will result in the completion of the Great Lakes Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP), EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades construction project, in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings and all pertinent solicitation documents.

This project is located at: 

Great Lakes Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) 

5000 S 5th Ave Bldg. 37 NW

Hines, IL 60141-3030

VAAR Magnitude of Construction: $10,000,000 to $20,000,000.

NAICS Code 236220 and PSC Code Y1BG  - The PSC has been revised since the posting of the Pre-Solicitaion. 

Contractor is required to fill in Unique Identifier in Block No. 14 on Standard Form (SF) 1442.


PLEASE NOTE: The Contractor agrees to attend any Post Award Conference convened by the contracting activity or contract administration office in order to ensure congruent expectations on contract requirements. Any reference in the specifications to guarantee period services or warranties outside of the one year warranty period in accordance with FAR 52.246-21 Warranty of Construction shall be omitted and not considered for development of the proposal.
