The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Addendum is included with the provision.

The provision at 852-273-73, Evaluation Health-care Resources, specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision.
