Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, has a requirement for Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Contract Emergency Residential Services (CERS) with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment and/or Mental Health Treatment in Sacramento, Placer or Yolo County California for VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) in accordance with the performance work statement contained herein. The solicitation does not have a set aside. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 623220, size standard $19M. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Carefully read FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors and VAAR 852.273-73 Evaluation - Health-Care Resources in order to respond to this RFQ. Failure to do so may eliminate your response from being considered for award. IAW FAR 16.504, the Government intends to award a Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract as a result of this solicitation.
