Yes - What size Phillystran will FEMA provide, HPTG-1200I (.17" Diameter) ? 1/4 inch - Reference section 3(c), what kind of spacers will FEMA provide to be placed every 20ft on the suspension lines? OEM ceramic spacers And, will the original OEM ceramic spacers be used to secure the dipole elements to the center eyelets nearest the antenna balun? Yes You are requested to provide firm-fixed pricing for the services specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). Funding has been obtained for this proposed procurement in an amount equal to or greater than the Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE). The Government requests pricing for the services listed in the SOW to be in effect for thirty (30) days after the date of your RFQ response. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal. The technical approach should not include prices. The price breakdown should be provided as a separate document.
