THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice is issued for market research purposes in accordance with FAR Part 10. This announcement does not constitute a solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP), or Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Government is not requesting proposals or quotes at this time.
The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) is conducting market research to identify firms capable of providing travel compliance audit services for agency travel transactions. The purpose of this notice is to determine the availability of capable vendors and to obtain industry feedback to assist the Government in refining the requirement and determining the appropriate acquisition strategy.
The Government is considering NAICS Code 541211 – Offices of Certified Public Accountants and PSC R704 – Support Services: Auditing for this requirement.
The Government is also considering a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract structure.
