Description
Under the following purchase request, 375 CONS intends to procure services which includes labor, tools, chemical, and equipment necessary to perform cooling tower, closed loop, and coupon rack systems water/chemical monitoring, sampling and treatment for the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment located at various facilities on Scott AFB, IL. There are a total of 13 cooling towers with 11 sumps located at 8 different facilities. Please note that the two towers at B1700 share a common sump, the two towers at B1900 share a common sump, and the three towers at B44 each have their own sump. This contract also includes service to 124 closed loop systems (56 chilled & 68 hot) (67 facilities), and 27 coupon racks (15 facilities). Please See SOW and attachments for details.
