Description
PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE
Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Beaufort, South Carolina has a requirement for a Chapel Music Director. This requirement is for one 12-month base year and two (2) 12-month option periods.
This is a non-personal service contract to perform contractor services in support of the Catholic and Protestant Chapel worship services and other religious events as determined by the Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort Chaplain's Office and is required to support the missions and responsibilities of the Command Religious Program.
It is the Government’s intent to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition will be a 100% Small Business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 711130. The NAICS Industry description is Musical Groups and Artists. The size standard for this requirement is $15.0 million. The Government will solicit and award this contract in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services).
This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for quotes. The solicitation will be posted on or about five (5) days after this posting and made available on the Contracting Opportunities portal located at www.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to monitor the website for the solicitation and any associated amendments. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov, is required for entities to do business with and receive funds from the federal Government. Businesses will be assigned a Commercial and Government Entities (CAGE) Code and a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number via the SAM website. Contractors must also be registered with Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at www.piee.eb.mil.
