52.215-3 Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes. 

PURPOSE: The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain industry capabilities, to determine interest in participation, and to determine the availability to provide Account Management Services for Waste management at U.S. Coast Guard units, with locations in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. The information from this market research will help them with the acquisition strategy. Firms are strongly encouraged to provide comments, questions, and suggestions relative to the project scope, methodologies and technologies, and approach. Any input that businesses or interested parties would like to provide will be reviewed and considered. 

SCOPE/DESCRIPTION OF WORK: 

The contractor shall furnish trained, qualified personnel and any required special tools or equipment necessary to complete any work task, which may be issued. The Contractor shall manage the trash and recycling services at all USCG Southeast District sites in accordance with the accounts listed in Statement of Work.
