THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS NOR QUATATIONS.

The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price contract to Remove and Replace water fountain for Bldg 807, 104, 228, 500, and 278, Camp Zama, Japan. Anticipated award date is around 20 May 2026 (subject to change).

Description of Services:

The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to Remove and Replace Water Fountain in Building (Bldg) 104, 228, 278, 500 and 807 in Camp Zama (CZ), Japan. The contractor shall perform in accordance with the commercial standards and practices, Japan Environmental Governing Standard (JEGS), and the manufacturer’s specifications.
