Description

The FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division is seeking a firm, fixed price base with four option years contract for the Annual Boiler Inspections at the CJIS Division Central Plant. These inspections are conducted to ensure the boilers are operating safely and efficiently, while complying with established government standards according to the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the National Board Inspection Code (NBIC). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541350 – BUILDING INSPECTION SERVICES and the size standard is $8 million.

This RFQ is being issued to establish a single award Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to provide for The Boiler Inspections are conducted annually at the CJIS Division Complex in Clarksburg, WV.  The services shall be performed IAW the Statement of Work provided in Attachment A and negotiated terms and conditions resulting from this RFQ to be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. This contract will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Basis for a Base Plus 4 (Four) Option Periods.

The FBI’s CJIS Division is a secured facility, operational 24/7, with strict requirements for access and movement within buildings of both persons and vehicles. A limited-based background investigation will be conducted on all contractor personnel prior to granting access to the site.
