The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified 8(a) contractors for Instructor Support Services in support of Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC), Gulfport, MS. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide Instructor Support Services in accordance with the Performance Work Schedule (PWS). Period of Performance: The period of performance for this contract is expected to be 01 April 2026- 31 March 2027 with a potential of (4) - 12-month option periods.
