This requirement is for a 100% set-aside Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and will be firm-fixed-price. Offerors may be required to provide information to demonstrate that at least 51 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance will be spent for employees of the SDVOSB concern or of other SDVOSB concerns. The requirement is for the following: The contractor shall perform semiannual (every six months - May and November) preventative maintenance and certification testing of the Top Door Alarm System in the In-Patient Mental Health Unit. Work includes inspection, functional testing, calibration, minor field repairs/adjustments necessary to maintain system performance, documentation, and associated training. Services shall be provided, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, as needed. (See Statement of Work for additional detailed information.)
