Description

The 103rd Airlift Wing, Connecticut Air National Guard, requires contractor services for the restoration and preservation of one (1) C-130 and one (1) A-10 static display aircraft located at Bradley Air National Guard Base, East Granby, CT.

This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 488190 (Size Standard: $40M).

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, sheet metal repair, corrosion control, surface preparation, bird proofing, and the application of a high-quality polyurethane heritage paint scheme.

The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract based on a best value trade-off methodology. The technical and past performance factors are significantly more important than price.
