Description
The Classified Repair and Return Servies program provides logistical support and management services for classified F-15 RSAF repair & return (R&R), including unclassified components requiring classified testing, data or software.
The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the qualifications for the repair and return of F-15 classified and unclassified items that require classified testing and/or software or have classified technical orders for the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) F-15 Fleet. The contractor will be required to identify and provide logistics management services to certified Sources of Repair (SORs); and to sustain classified and unclassified items that require classified testing and/or software or have classified technical orders for RSAF F-15 assets. Knowledge, generation, and the capability to store classified information and/or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) are required for performance of the contract/order. The level of security clearance required is SECRET. Foreign participation in this requirement is not allowed.
The Contractor shall furnish all material, support equipment, tools, test equipment, and services. The Contractor is responsible for providing, maintaining, and calibrating all support equipment required at their facility or a sub- contractor’s facility. Contractor furnished material or parts used for replacement shall equal or exceed the quality of the original material or parts.
