Description
DLA Weapon Support Richmond intends to issue a sole source firm fixed price solicitation to procure one (1) FLP 40 CNC Traveling Column Six (6) Axis Machining Center, with turnkey services.
The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a firm-fixed price, sole source basis to: SORALUCE S. COOP under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(C) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
A Complete technical data package VIBB 25-30-1000 including all design, lubrication, supplies, and, labor requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation.
The intended solicitation SPE4A8-26-Q-0024 is anticipated to be issued on or around April 09, 2026.
FOB will be at Destination with preliminary inspection at Origin, final inspection and acceptance at Destination.
The solicitation is intended to be unrestricted in business size, other than full and open competition after exclusion of sources. This solicitation and award will be made under FAR 13.5 procedures.
