Description

This announcement is a presolicitation with adjoining attachments. The purpose of this draft solicitation is to gain industry feedback for clarification questions.

GENERAL INFORMATION: The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) anticipates a requirement that is being considered under NAICS Code 541519. The size standard associated with this NAICS code is $34,000,000. The Product Service Code is R423 – Support-Professional: Intelligence.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to provide comprehensive operational intelligence integration and data-centric support to the Data Capabilities Division and its diverse customer base as defined in the PWS.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND SUBMISSION DETAILS: The primary objective of this presolicitation is to proactively identify and rectify any potential errors, ambiguities, or internal inconsistencies. This critical pre-release quality assurance process is designed to rigorously assess the solicitation, associated Performance Work Statement, CDRLs, and Government Format Pricing Model for accuracy, clarity, and legal sufficiency. Interested parties are requested to submit clarifying questions or concerns regarding the draft solicitation and PWS with no more than three (3) pages in length in Times New Roman font of not less than 10 pitch. The deadline for response to this request is no later than 9:00 AM EST on 30 January 2026 to the following mailbox: Christina.l.cano-dickey.civ@army.mil. Please contact via email only.
