Description

The purpose of this project is to upgrade and modify the low voltage electrical and lighting systems at Eielson's Central Heat Power Plant (CHPP) to include removal, and replacement of the existing electrical panels, associated transformers, and the remainder of existing outdated lighting fixtures within CHPP facility at Eielson AFB.

An additional site visit has been scheduled on 29 January 2026, 12:30 PM AKDT

IAW with FAR 14.202-8 Electronic bids, ONLY ELECTRONIC submissions will be accepted. Bids must be submitted via email to BOTH of the following individuals on or before 20 January 2026 at 02:00PM AKDT:

A. The NAICS code is 238210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19M. 
B. The magnitude for this requirement IAW FAR 36.204(f) is between $1M and $5M.

D. Payment and Performance bonds shall be obtained IAW FAR 28.102. 
E. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an effort for any costs.
