The 316th Contracting Squadron is soliciting for Protective Coating and Markings construction services. The scope of work shall consist of the contractor furnishing all personnel, supervision, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, materials, supplies, quality control, management, appliances and other items and services to perform airfield rubber removal, striping of airfield, streets and parking lots, protective coating and sign maintenance on Joint Base Andrews (JBA), as well as surrounding site complexes and other remote areas under the control of Joint Base Andrews, Md.
