Description
Note: The PIEE System did not register the extension of the closing date from 24 February 2026 to 9 March 2026 when Amendment 0001 was publicized on 19 February 2026. SAM.gov and the solicitation document attached reflect the correct closing date (9 March 2026).This contract is a multiple award, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (MAIDIQ) task order requirement to support Ft. Benning DPW construction work. The majority of the work will be performed on administrative, recreational, billeting, workshops, and maintenance and training facilities. Projects will include tasks in a variety of trades such as carpentry, roofing, excavation, interior work (to include remodeling and interior modifications), electrical work, steam fittings, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, demolition, concrete masonry, welding, mechanical, landscaping, HVAC, and other general construction work. The period of performance will be for a five-year period from date of contract award. Timelines and requirements will be determined at the task order level. The scope of work for this requirement is not for design-build.
