This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12.603. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is soliciting quotations for liquid sanitary waste disposal and grease pumping services at FCI Phoenix, Phoenix, Arizona.
Services include all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, and disposal necessary to perform recurring waste collection services at multiple on-site locations, including wastewater treatment plant components, lift stations, and grease traps.
The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Requirements Contract with unit pricing per collection event. Quantities provided are estimated only and are for pricing and evaluation purposes. Payment will be made only for services actually performed and accepted.

A WWTP Headworks 1,200 gal Weekly (52x/year)
B WWTP East & West Effluent Pumps 500 gal Quarterly (4x/year)
C FPC Lift Station 500 gal Weekly (52x/year)
D FCI Food Service Grease Trap 6,000 gal Quarterly (4x/year)

The Contractor shall:
- Coordinate pumping schedules with the COR or designated POC
- Comply with all BOP security, safety, and escort requirements
- Maintain a clean worksite and remove all debris after service
- Dispose of all waste at a state-approved landfill
- Provide proof of State of Arizona compliance for hazardous/liquid waste disposal at time of quote submission

Submission Instructions
Quoters shall submit quotations in accordance with Section L of the solicitation. Quotations must include pricing for all base and option CLINs and all required representations and certifications.

Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quotation is determined to be fair and reasonable and most advantageous to the Government, in accordance with the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation.
