This synopsis is to announce that MICC-Fort Carson intends to award sole source firm fixed-price contract to Sheffield Company LLC. using Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, FAR 12.201-1. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued.
