Description
The contractor shall provide all non-personal services, management, tools, supplies, and labor necessary to
perform maintenance and repairs of all equipment listed in the "Instruction to Offers" section of the RFQ and appendices of the PWS at the 435 CTS in a manner that will ensure safe and continuous operation. The intent of this contract is the safe
operation and to avoid major repairs through the implementation of routine maintenance.
a. Background: The Government is soliciting a Request for Quotation to identify companies as potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to respond to the requirements competently and competitively. The contractor shall provide maintenance on Paint Booth, Blast Booth, Blast Cabinet, and Paint-Gun Cleaner located at 435 CTS, Bldg. 713 IAW the manufacturer’s recommended schedules to ensure reliable and continuous safe operation. The maintenance shall be performed IAW standard commercial practices, technical guidelines and the manufacturer’s most current recommendations. The contractor shall submit maintenance reports, as shown in paragraph 1.5 of PWS. Only companies/personnel trained/certified and authorized by the manufacturer for the service as required shall perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Please See attached PWS & RFQ pdf.
b. Program Requirements: All services shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and follow all applicable German and EU laws in their current version and conform to standard commercial practices.
