Stockton Lake Project Park Mowing & Trimming
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services non-personnel services contract to provide Mowing Services at Stockton Lake in accordance with the specifications and maps in this Performance of Work Statement prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation, quotes are being requested.
The solicitation number for this acquisition is W912DQ26QA032 and it is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Offers shall be submitted in one PDF via e-mail to jane.e.bramel@usace.army.mil. All offers must be good for at least 90 days from offer due date.
Offers are due at the date and time listed in Block 8 of the SF 1449.
The final date to submit questions is five (5) days prior to the due date of the synopsis/solicitation.

The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06. This synopsis/solicitation will be awarded as a 100% Small Business Set-aside.
Description of Services Required:
This is a non-personnel services contract to provide Mowing Services at Stockton Lake in accordance with the specifications and maps in this Performance of Work Statement. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to
the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Park Mowing Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. All acreages are estimated. The Contractor shall be responsible for determining exact acreage and conditions affecting performance of work. Many areas consist of slopes, rocky terrain and heavily wooded areas, and may require an extensive amount of trimming and hand mowing where larger mowers cannot maneuver satisfactorily. Trimming shall include the removal of sprouts and heavily weeded growth. Prospective bidders are encouraged to visit and fully inspect all areas, accesses, locations, terrain, etc. prior to bidding. The Government shall not be held accountable for conditions at the site which were not considered by prospective bidders. All mowing and trimming shall be completed in an area prior to moving to another area.

A site visit is highly encouraged but not required.
