This is a solicitation for the Fort Leonard Wood Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION FOR SEAL BID; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Description of Requirement: The work to be performed will include, but not be limited to, completing preventative maintenance, responding to service calls, and performing regular inspections and testing of elevators in accordance with (IAW) the attached Technical Exhibit 1, Technical Exhibit 2, and Performance Work Statement. This contract will be a delivery order style contract. All work required shall be on a requirement basis as directed by the Contracting Officer on a delivery order. The Contractor will be paid only for actual quantity of work performed for each Task Item.
This is a requirements contract for Elevator Maintenance and Repair for a period of five (5) years (Base Year plus four (4) Option Years).
