Description

The U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Bavaria - Hohenfels has a requirement for non-personal services for the recurring maintenance, repair, and replacement of the activated charcoal filter system at the drinking water plant located in Hohenfels, Germany.

The scope of services includes all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision to perform the complete removal and disposal of approximately 81.0m³ of existing activated charcoal media and the subsequent supply and installation of new activated charcoal filters. The contractor will also be responsible for conducting microbiological water sampling in accordance with the German Drinking Water Regulation (TrinkWV) to verify the system's effectiveness in removing specified contaminants. The work may also include the repair or complete replacement of the filter tanks' internal coating.
