Description
An amendment is issued to this solicitation to extend the closing date to 24 March 2026 at 10:00AM CST. Please see the attached SF30 named: "B08 - W912EK26QA020 AMD 001_Solicitation Released"
The primary objective of this contract is for the contractor to supply and install the required components to restore the Schneider Electric Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) at the Big Creek Supplemental Pump Station to full operational status.
The scope of this work includes the procurement and supply of all necessary components and the on-site installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of the repaired VFD to ensure it is fully operational and meets or exceeds original performance specifications.
This is a Firm-Fixed-Price acquisition. The Government will award a contract to the offerer whose offer is the lowest evaluated price. The offerer shall meet the requirements in this Scope of Work, including the mandatory use of Schneider Electric parts and certified technicians. See approved Justification and Approval (J&A) in the attachments section for reference labeled as, "A02 - J&A Scheider Electric VFD_Final.pdf"
