REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, VHA Regional Procurement Office West (RPOW) is seeking information and sources that can provide onsite Emergency Department Physician Services for its Veteran population at the VA Eastern Oklahoma Healthcare System (VAEOHS), James Mountain Inhofe VA Medical Center. Place of Performance: The Contractor shall perform onsite Emergency Department Physician Services at the James Mountain Inhofe VA Medical Center located on 440S Houston Ave, Tulsa, OK 74127 Qualifications: The Contractor shall provide Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician Services onsite in accordance with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the VAEOHS. The contractor shall provide onsite emergency department physician services that meet the American College of Emergency Physician Guidelines http://www.ACEP.org/ or American Academy of Emergency Medicine guidelines https://www.aaem.org/. License: The physician(s) assigned by the Contractor to perform the services covered by this contract shall have a current license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia when services are performed onsite on VA property. All licenses held by the key personnel working on this contract shall be full and unrestricted licenses. Contractor s physician(s) who have current, full and unrestricted licenses in one or more states, but who have, or ever had, a license restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily revoked, voluntarily surrendered pending action or denied upon application will not be considered for the purposes of this contract. The ED operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year including Federal Holidays and Weekends. Key Personnel Sources must provide a minimum of six (6) FTE if this sources sought leads to a future solicitation. Type of Contract: If this request for information leads to a future solicitation, the Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period shall be one (1) base period with two (2); one (1) one-year, option periods. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a request for proposal (RFP). The VA will not pay for any information received resulting from this sources sought notice. Requests for copies of a solicitation shall not be honored or acknowledged. Information should be forwarded to the Contract Specialist. Because this is a request for information only, answers to questions will not be posted.
