Description
The Department of Energy, Energy Information Administration (EIA), intends to issue a Firm- Fixed Price (FFP) Sole Source award to RYSTAD ENERGY, INC. for data subscription license renewals and its proprietary databases. The licenses support EIA’s statutorily required energy market analysis mission by providing access to Rystad’s data, Cube browser, dashboard, data feeds, models, and reports required for EIA to produce specialized situational awareness reports, energy metrics, publish EIA website data for public access, and create accurate and timely energy reports for policy making. Rystad analytical tools are proprietary and are not offered by other providers.
The anticipated period of performance will be a one (1) year Base Period and four (4) optional one-year periods.
This notice of intent is for information purposes only. All sources eligible to meet this requirement must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with strong and convincing evidence that clearly articulate the company’s ability to satisfy this requirement as outlined above. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. If no responses that demonstrate comparable capability are received within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice, then a sole source acquisition award will be made.
