Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services provided in accordance with the format in Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W50S9C-26-Q-A005 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in affect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06.

The Vermont Air National Guard has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for lodging services for the Regularly Scheduled Drill (RSD) as outlined in this solicitation and attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS Code 721110 with size standard $40.0M.

All responsible sources may submit an offer which, if received in a timely manner, will be considered.

52-232-18 Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
