C1DZ--Build Out B500-3A Shell for ICU

The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 5, 510 Butler Ave, Bldg. 306A, Martinsburg, WV 25405 intends to award a sole source contract to Nagel Services LLC., 13100 Watertown Plank Rd. Ste 200, Elm Grove, WI., 63122. This is for a continued Architect-Engineer (A/E) services in support of Build Out Shell Space B500-3A for ICU at the Martinsburg VAMC, 510 Butler Ave., Martinsburg, WV. 25405. These services are considered a logical follow with Nagel being the designer of record for the original design. Approximately 40% of the previous designs construction has already been completed by the original firm, which possesses proprietary design knowledge, detailed engineering calculations, and an in-depth understanding of integrated systems developed during prior projects construction.
