Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone, Operations, Services, & Training Division, plans to obtain information to serve as market research to help identify potential sources that can provide has a requirement for maintenance and repair/replace of its laboratory environment systems located at its TMDE Support Center, Letterkenny Army Depot, 5240 Technology Avenue, Chambersburg, PA 17201. The maintenance and repair/replace shall include the following specifications or equivalent (if not brand name):

Replace (4) Units in Lab, Including:

•              (4) Replacement Evaporators on Existing Indoor Units (Metal structure to remain - replacing internal components)

•              (4) Replacement Condensing Units

•              Replace Rooftop units via crane

•              Remove existing Temp/Humidity Controller for each of the four (4) labs and replace with PLC Controller

•              PLC controller to be housed in a new 24x24 NEMA Enclosure

•              Provide a new stand along PC with VT SCADA to monitor, trend and store all data

•              Program PLC's to match existing HVAC controls

•              Install new control panels and interface to existing equipment

•              Startup/Training of new control system
