The purpose of this Amendment is to:

- Revise Price Factor for CLIN 0007 under Proposal Format and Contents and Evaluation Procedures and Factors for Award
As a result of this amendment, the proposal submittal date has NOT been changed and is NOT extended. Offers may be revised and re-submitted up until the proposal due date.

This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under solicitation number 80AFRC26Q0003 for the 72-month inspection and maintenance of NASA 808 Gulfstream III aircraft.
This acquisition is a Full and Open Requirement. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 448190 and $40.0 Million, respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this acquisition.
In accordance with 52.102, provisions and clauses have been incorporated by reference to the maximum practical extent.
