The 6th Contracting Squadron, located on MacDill Air Force Base, Florida is conducting market research to identify potential sources (Small Businesses) that have the knowledge, skills and capability to perform the work described below. The responses to this sources sought notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions for this project. Description of requirement: The contractor shall provide the equipment, labor, and supervision needed to deliver a Material Transfer Vehicle (MTV) that can be loaded from the rear of a dump truck and is compatible with a Cat AP900 Asphalt Paver. The MTV will be used during paving operations on Taxiway Hotel at Avon Park Florida Air Force Range, Avon Park, Florida. The Taxiway Way is designed for Type A traffic. Additional details are in Attachment 1 – SOW.

All interested, capable and qualified contractors are encouraged to reply to this sources sought notice. Interested contractors are requested to submit a narrative demonstrating their experience in projects of similar nature as described in the SOW. Narratives shall be no longer than 4 pages. All responses are required to be emailed to the point of contact (POC) listed below.
All interested parties are requested to provide the following information in their response:
