Background and Need
The United States Space Force (USSF), Space Systems Command, Servicing, Mobility, and Logistics (SSC/SYD80) Program Office, is seeking information on technical concepts and approaches to Refueling Services for prepared clients in orbit.
As an enabling technology for the Sustained Space Maneuver need of U.S. Space Command, on-orbit servicing, including refueling, is a vital capability to support warfighter needs. Space System Command’s System Engineering Review Board (SERB) has already approved two standard interfaces for satellite refueling – Northrop Grumman’s Passive Refueling Module (PRM) and Orbit Fab’s Rapidly Attachable Fluid Transfer Interface (RAFTI). Industry solutions for refueling of National Security Space assets equipped with these SERB-approved interfaces are sought to meet sustained space maneuver (SSM) needs by 2030.
SSC/SYD80 requests feedback from industry intending to provide services.

FAQ
How do I use the Market Snapshot?
It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.
Is the data live?
The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.
What do P10 and P90 mean?
P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
