Description
Contractor agrees to provide phlebotomy services and clinical laboratory analysis coverage 24 hours a day, seven (7) days per week for Canyon Springs Community Facility. Contractor shall provide phlebotomy services on-site at Canyon Springs and provide clinical laboratory analysis services and reports of findings/results.
