Description
Solicitation Amendment 0001 – Issued to formalize revised dates including - Updated Site Visit information, Questions Due date, and Proposal Due date.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Enroute Construction Group, AAQ540 is seeking qualified companies for the Underground Utility Modernization at the FAA Chicago Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), 619 W Indian Trail, Aurora, IL 60506. All work to be completed in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings.
This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns.
The NAICS code projected for this project is 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structure Construction with a size standard of $45 million.
The FAA contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract as a result of this solicitation.
Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the solicitation process.
In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 1500 hrs. CT, March 31, 2026, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award.
