1.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 12, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be evaluated using the lowest priced quotation meeting the stated minimum requirements which provides the best benefit to the Government. 2. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 36C25626Q0626. 3. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 (eff. 03/13/2026). 4. This requirement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System number is 562998 with a size standard of $16.5M. 5.
