Description

SEE ATTACHED COMPLETE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION AND STATEMENT OF WORK

Description of Requirement:   The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, labor, and other items and services necessary to provide commercial high-speed fiber internet service to Westover ARB that will include either connecting to existing Charter Communications fiber feed which is currently terminated in Building 1800 (Demarcation) or provide a new fiber feed to Building 1800 (Demarcation) utilizing the Westover Manhole Duct System. Government will provide fiber connection from Building 1800 (Demarcation) to Building 1510 where Contractor will install Router/Gateway device and Firewall to provide high-speed fiber internet at Westover ARB.

Acquisition: The government will issue a single award, Firm Fixed Price contract with an estimated period of performance starting April 1, 2026 and ending March 30, 2031, base year plus 4 option year periods.
