Description
The US Fish and Wildlife Service has a project located at our Deep Fork National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) in Okmulgee, Oklahoma (OK). This project will require
installation of a new Automatic Gate Opener at the Deep Fork National Wildlife Refuge Maintenance Facility.
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to install an automatic gate opener and accessories with new equipment and proper installation and a manufacturer's warranty at the Deep Fork NWR Maintenance Facility, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).

Solicitation number 140FC126R0001 is being issued as an RFP.
This is an 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside solicitation with an associated NAICS code of 238290 - Other Building Equipment Contractors. The small business size standard is 22.0 Million.
This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price contract.
This award will be made based on Lowest-Price Best Value as detailed in FAR15.101-1. The Best Value process is a simplified source selection strategy that permits the best value to the Government resulting from the selection of a technically acceptable proposal with the lowest price. While evaluating quotes utilizing Best Value, price and technical acceptability/past experience are the two evaluation factors. Solicitation proposal submission requirements as noted in SECTION L, L.2.0 QUOTATION INSTRUCTIONS, L.2.1.1 through 2.1.4 are mandatory and all proposals that do not include ALL of the required documentation will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award.
System for Award Management (SAM) Registration: A prospective awardee shall be registered in the SAM database prior to submission of a proposal/offer and at time of award. Information on registration may be obtained via the Internet at https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration.
A site-visit is highly recommended and encouraged. The Facility will be available for two open site-visits: Monday, January 5, 2026, from 12:00PM to 4:00PM local time or Wednesday, January 7, 2026, from 8:00AM to 12:00PM local time.
