Description
The U.S. Embassy Tokyo requires comprehensive building maintenance services to support continuous, safe, and reliable operation of U.S. Government-owned and long-term leased facilities in Japan. The requirement includes day-to-day building operations, continuous 24/7 Perry Control monitoring, routine preventive maintenance inspections (PMIs), and unscheduled maintenance and repair (M&R) services. Facilities covered under this requirement include the Embassy Chancery, Chief of Mission Residence (CMR), Deputy Chief of Mission Residence (DCMR), Mitsui Housing Compound (MHC), and the Japanese Language Training Center (JLTC) in Yokohama.
